Medium priority - Before boathouse falls down

• The boathouse is "non-conforming" per USFS - we will not be allowed to rebuild it if anything happens to it so we should try to keep it in good repair.  Repairs need to be minimal & un-noticeable by USFS.
• Short wood retaining wall on uphill side about 2 feet from shed
• Straighten framing and repair plate, sill, studs and the bottom edge of shingle siding
• Replace floor with ? - now has large holes & rests on dirt -  Lose the cold-cellar?
• Re-roof with pre-painted (Country Rustic or Natural Rust) corrugated panels such as:  ASC Bldg Prod
• Clean & treat siding 
• Add sturdier shelves & boat cradle to interior -  Wire mesh critter exclusion?
