August 2015 - Foundation & deck are done!  Very solid.  Our local hero, Duane, did a beautiful job.  We retained & enhanced the rock walkway Susan installed 18 years ago & rip-rapped the corner to prevent sloughing.

Job entailed:

• Place 40 feet of perimeter concrete foundation.
• Re-install half-log skirting.
• Construct new deck on east side
• Install 3 support piers under fire place area.
• Place concrete water heater enclosure.
• Install redwood 4x6 at front porch and shed roof.
• Install new flashing and threshold at kitchen door.

Not done as of 9/2015:  Replace kitchen door -  We keep repairing it but the upper window can't slide any more (springs fell out so it is screwed in place).  It's very weathered due to many years without paint although I try to keep it painted now.
