Lot 4 of the Hume Lake Summer Tract, Hume Lake Forest Service District, Sequoia National Monument.  The county's official cabin address is:

64818 Yellow Hammer Lane, Hume, CA  93628

Beware of many errors in Google maps in the area.  

How to get there:

Find Aspen Hollow Road using Google maps but note differences in directions below.  Follow Aspen Hollow about 1/10th mile and turn left into the driveway of Lot 3 (the reddish, shingled 2-story) about 50 feet before the junction of Aspen Hollow & Yellow Hammer, veer to the right then left - our cabin sits just above 10-Mile Road.  If this isn't clear, ask before you go!

From Big Stump Entrance via Hume Road:

Head north on CA-180 E                                    9.2 mi

Veer right towards Hume Lake just past          4.2 mi

Princess Campground

Pass thru the Christian Camp, still on              0.2 mi

Hume road.  Cross small bridge & turn left

- becomes 10 Mile Rd.  Pass the pool on left

& dining hall on your right.  Continue about    0.2 mi

Slight right onto Aspen Hollow Rd                    0.1 mi

Left into driveway

From Big Stump Entrance via Ten Mile Road:

Head north on CA-180 E                                1.7 mi

At T, turn right onto CA-198                         3.6 mi

At Quail Flat, turn left onto 10 Mile Road   9.3 mi

Sharp left onto Aspen Hollow Rd                 0.1 mi

Left into driveway
